ProMatch™ Program professionals must continuously meet our strict criteria of excellence to be accepted and continue with our program. Therefore, you can rest assured of the quality of work you will receive when you use a ProMatch™ Program partner.
It only takes a few minutes to sign up for the program, so ask a Stone Forest associate how you may enroll. Or sign up through our online form. Just fill out your contact information and some details about the project you want completed and we will search our database of ProMatch partners in order to offer a choice of the best professionals for your specific job. We generally recommend approximately three professionals or companies per job.

TIPS FOR HIRING A CONTRACTOR
Hiring a professional contractor can sometimes be a bit overwhelming. Using our ProMatch™ Program recommended partners and following these simple steps will ensure your experience is a good one.
- When selecting a contractor, always ask for proof of license and insurance. Some professionals are not required to be licensed, but always get proof of insurance. Our ProMatch™ partners are required to have a business license and proof of insurance in order to participate in our program. So no need to worry about this if you use the ProMatch™ Program.
- Check to see if the contractor is a member of any professional organizations such as MALTA (Metro Atlanta Landscape and Turf Association) or ICPI Certified (International Concrete Paver Institute) as well as others. Most of our ProMatch™ partners are actively involved in such professional organizations and therefore may have additional licenses from these associations, further guaranteeing their expertise.
- Check with the Better Business Bureau to see if there have been any problems reported. Our ProMatch™ partners must abide by our strict criteria of excellence.
- Good contractors will be happy to take you to several completed jobs. Photos are great, but seeing the work in person will help you make a good decision. You can peruse a portfolio of work from each of our ProMatch™ Partners in the Contractor Café area of our indoor showroom.
- Ask for references. These are people you can contact to inquire about jobs the contractor has completed for them. ProMatch™ partners are required to provide us with references to be accepted into the program.
- Make sure you get a contract that is clear and concise. Even simple jobs should require a signed contract for your protection as well as for the contractor.
- Keep in mind that the majority of contractors will charge a small fee for a consultation visit or design work. This cost is well worth the knowledge and experience you will gain from a professional’s recommendations.
